Terms of Shipping & Delivery Information

1. Shipping Area

The delivery of our goods is carried out exclusively to delivery addresses within the Federal Republic of Germany. International shipping is currently not possible through this online shop.

2. Shipping Provider & Protection of Minors (Important)

Since we sell alcoholic beverages (wine), the protection of children and young people is our top priority. We ship all packages exclusively with our shipping partner DHL using the "Age Verification Check" (Alterssichtprüfung) service.

This means for you:

• The handover of the goods will only be made to persons who have reached the legally prescribed minimum age of 16 years.
• The delivering DHL courier checks the age of the recipient upon handover by visual inspection. In case of doubt, an official photo ID (e.g., identity card or passport) must be presented.
• Delivery to Packstations, post office branches, or neighbors is generally excluded when using the age verification check, unless the identity and age of the recipient can be verified there without gaps.

3. Shipping Costs & Tariffs

The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory VAT, but are subject to the following shipping costs:

Note: If you order goods worth 55.00 € or more under standard shipping, the shipping costs of 5.99 € will automatically be waived at the checkout.

4. Transport Damage

If a delivery is obviously damaged upon arrival (e.g., broken glass in wine bottles), please complain about the error immediately to the DHL courier and contact us as soon as possible at artwein24@gmail.com. Failure to make a complaint immediately has no effect on your statutory warranty rights, but helps us to assert claims against the logistics partner.
